Research published in a latest Nutrition Journal has found that eating half a medium avocado on a daily basis is highly correlated with a smaller waist line and a 50% reduced risk of metabolic syndrome. Other research has found that swapping cooking oils for varieties like avocado oil that are rich in monosaturated fatty acids can spot reduce abdominal fat !!


The humble avocado is arguably one of the best foods to support healthy weight.
