We are excited to be welcoming you back to the studio from Monday 11th October. We want to Thank You !! For all your continuing support, loyalty and love throughout this challenging time. As we reopen our studio to classes we will be following Government guidelines and the NSW Health orders that are in place. As per Government requirements only those who are fully vaccinated, can participate in our indoor group classes, until Dec 1. It is our duty of care to keep you and everyone safe. Our classes will follow the 1 person per 4 sqm rule, until the restrictions ease again.
Stay tuned for the new and upcoming timetable. You can see this via our website. Our website and scheduling system still has a 7 day scheduling window. All class and wellness bookings will be done online via our website at: refreshwellbeing.com.au Please be aware that the timetable will continue to be adjusted over the coming days and weeks - to reflect the numbers that are coming back to the studio. we appreciate your understanding and patience.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES With restrictions still in place it's imperative that we adhere to our policies and procedures With this in place, it gives us the opportunity to respect our fellow members, instructors and the studio. The Studio has a strict cancellation policy with any cancellations needed to be at least 2 hrs prior to the class starting. If you do not show up or have a late cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the class. For Wellness appointments, a 4 hr prior cancellation is required and you will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment. We also ask that if you if you are not well and/or presenting with any flu like symptoms that you do not enter the studio until you are fully recovered. We appreciate your understanding.
