Service Description
If you are new to yoga and want a firm foundation to grow on to go deeper, a yoga workshop can provide a depth of experience far beyond what’s available in a typical 60-minute class. If you are new to yoga or it's been a while since you practised yoga, then this is the workshop for you. These classes focus on building a sound foundation to your yoga practice: introducing you to the core grounding poses and establishing clear technique. You will be shown how to breathe properly and use breathe work to calm the nervous system down. This workshop will help you to feel stronger and more flexible as well as increase your energy levels. You will learn to quieten the mind & body and build resilience to be better able to deal with the stressors of life. You will be guided every step of the way. With the classes small in size you will get a one on one experience in a group class setting. Due to popular demand we will hold this workshop every 6 weeks.
