Holistic Menopause Yoga workshop is designed to help women manage the natural process of changes associated with the
perimenopause, menopause & post-Menopause stages.
This workshop is suitable for women with or without yoga
experience.
You will practice & learn:

Specially adapted yoga poses, with breathing techniques

Mindful meditation & relaxation exercises to help manage symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.

Gentle - but deep stretch adapted Yoga poses

Breathing techniques
There will also be guided relaxation, women’s circle discussions to share experiences and learning about nutrition to improve health & happiness.
We will have 03 1⁄2 hours to learn about yoga, to share
menopause experiences, to laugh & have a good time.
