If you are new to yoga or it's been a while since you have practiced, then this is the workshop for you.

These classes focus on building a solid foundation to your yoga practice: introducing you to the core grounding poses and establishing clear technique. You will be shown how to breathe properly and use breathe work to calm the nervous system down.

This workshop will help you to feel stronger and more flexible as well as increase your energy levels. You will learn to quieten the mind & body and build resilience to be better able to deal with the stressors of life.
