Join us for this enlightening and experiential stress-release yoga workshop where you will be guided into gentle movement and breathing practices designed to relieve your body in order to calm your mind.
By tuning into your body´s natural healing process, you will begin to come out of stuck stress responses so that you may soften the fight, ground the flee, melt the freeze and restore yourself into a neutral state of rest & repair.
You´ll be floating home with a renewed sense of safety, choice and ease as you reacquaint yourself with primal tools that you already have within you!
